HOW LONG TO GRILL CHICKEN BREAST
The amount of time you need to grill chicken breast will vary based on the size of the breast and how thinly you pound it.
Small Chicken Breasts (6- to 8-ounces each): 7 to 8 minutes
Medium Chicken Breasts (8- to 10-ounces each): 8 to 12 minutes
Large Chicken Breasts (10 ounces or more): 14 minutes or longer.

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE BEST GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
Pound chicken to 1/2″ thickness for perfectly even (and quick) cooking using a rolling pin.
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, and dried herbs, and season with salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Reserve about quater cup.
Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat and combine. Allow it marinate for at least 20 minutes and up to overnight.
Preheat grill to medium high. Add chicken and grill, basting with reserved marinade, until cooked through for about 6 minutes. A meat thermometer inserted into the largest part of the chicken breast reads 165°F.
Garnish with chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, cilantro, or basil.
