DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE DETOX SPINACH AND APPLE SMOOTHIE

In a blender, place the water or milk and spinach and blend until smooth.

Add in the banana, cucumber, seeds, lemon, cut up apple, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
