RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Bean
3 tablespoons Groundnuts
2 tablespoons Maize
Salt
DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO PREPARE WEANIMIX RECIPE
Under medium heat in a large saucepan, roast groundnuts, beans and maize together for about 20 minutes until golden brown
Using a food processor or blender, blend the mixture to obtain a smooth weanimix powder. You can as well send to a corn mill.
Mix Weanimix power in a moderate amount of water until a smooth paste is formed
Pour water into a cooking pot and place it over medium heat. Add salt to taste
Stir in your weanimix mixture into the boiling water and stir gently
Keep stirring gently and knead against the sides of the pot to make sure there are no lumps.
Lower the heat and allow it to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve with sugar or milk.
