The Best Avocado Toast Recipe

Avocado toast is a dish consisting of a piece of toasted bread topped with a combination of mashed avocados, salt, pepper, and (sometimes) citrus juice.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted

1 large egg, fried

1/4 avocado

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon scallion, sliced (Optional)

 

 

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE THE BEST AVOCADO TOAST RECIPE
