Classic Flatbread Pizza Recipes

What’s the Difference Between Flatbread Pizza and Regular Pizza?

Flatbread can be made with or without yeast.

The regular pizza dough bakes into a thick, chewy, and soft-centered bed for your favorite toppings. Flatbread pizza is just that– flatter pizza. Since it’s flatter, it doesn’t require as much yeast or rise time.

HERE ARE 5 FLATBREAD PIZZA RECIPES, YOU CAN PREPARE FROM SCRATCH:

Classic Margherita Flatbread: Made with red sauce and fresh mozzarella. You can garnish with a little fresh basil right out of the oven if you prefer.

Pesto and Mozzarella Flatbread: Made with Basil pesto sauce, fresh mozzarella, and optional cherry tomatoes

Quatro Formaggio and Pepperoni Flatbread: Made with red sauce, quatro formaggio cheese, and pepperoni. Quatro formaggio is sometimes labeled as four-cheese Italian and is usually comprised of mozzarella, provolone, romano, and asiago cheese.
