1 cup strawberries washed, hulled and chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup of heavy/whipped cream
Sliced strawberries, for topping

Place chilled heavy cream in a large mixing bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer.
Place the chopped strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender and puree until leaving puree a bit chunky.
Remove cream from fridge and whip cream to stiff peaks using a electric or stand mixer.
Pour puree into whipped cream and fold in using a spatula
Pour into dessert glasses or bowl and chill fools for one hour for best flavor.
