How To Prepare Black Tea

When brewed, black tea will usually have a typical amber or brownish hue and stronger flavors and aromas, which may range from savory to sweet and include typical earthy, malty, nutty, and fruity nuances

Most historians believe that it originated in Fujian. British and Dutch traders then exported the tea to Western markets, and although in its native country, black tea did not enjoy great success, in the West, it became the most popular tea variety.

 

 

HEALTH BENEFITS OF BLACK TEA 

It have the health effects of warming stomach, stopping vomiting, eliminating body waste.

Medical evidence shows the ginger extract can be used to treat migraine headaches and relieve arthritis.

Black tea is a natural laxative which helps to promote bowel movement.

It is characterized by sweet taste and mild flavor with the function of diuretic effect and eliminating edema

Plays an important role in removing and preventing freckles.

 

 

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

Water

Tea powder

Slices ginger

Sugar or honey (optional)

 

 

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO PREPARE BLACK TEA

Under high heat, boil water and add tea powder, ginger slices

Boil for 3-5 minutes or until the color changes to darker shade.

Turn stove or kettle off. Remove from flame, close with lid and set aside for few mins for all the flavours to steep in.

Remove ginger slices and now add sugar or honey

Strain and add black tea to it. Mix well.

Add to serving glass and serve Black tea hot!
