RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground round
1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 can tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon powdered pepper
3 cups cooked egg noodles
5 green onions, chopped
4 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
3-oz.cream cheese, softened
4 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 container sour cream
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

GROUND BEEF
Add the beef and cook on a medium heat. Stirring constantly for about 5 to 8 minutes until meat crumbles and is no longer pink but browned
Drain the beef then add it back to the skillet.
Pour the diced tomatoes with it’s juices into the the pan, along with the tomato paste, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and the pepper. Mix well to combine.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Next, pour the ground beef mixture into bowl. Set aside
EGG NOODLES
Preheat oven, at 350°F
In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley
You can use an electric mixer or whisk. Next, Add the slice green onions and mix to combine. Salt and pepper for taste.
Add the drained egg noodles to the cream cheese mixture.
Mix until all of the noodles are covered with the cream cheese mixture. Set to the side.
BAKING
Spoon egg noodle mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish or skillet then top with ground beef mixture.
Next, in this order, add the mixture of Colby jack and sharp cheddar cheese. To finish it off, top with the mozzarella cheese. Add extra cheese if you like.
Bake, covered, at 350°F for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
